1. Eligibility to Use the Platform

1.1 Age Requirement
To register as a member or use any of the services provided by Fantasy Coop, you must be at least 21 years or older. Access to the platform is void where prohibited by law.

By accessing this platform, you represent and warrant that:

This license will terminate 30 days after you delete your account unless otherwise required by law.

2.3 Submission of Ideas

Share someone’s content outside of Fantasy Coop without their permission.
Post private conversations in public forums without consent from all involved parties.
Share personal information about others (like their real name, job, phone number, or address) without permission.
Conduct academic or corporate research on the platform without written consent.
Post the same message more than three times a day.
Sexualize or fantasize about murder, animal abuse, or minors.
Promote or list services from phone sex operators or professionals, except in specific approved groups.
Solicit or sell sex acts or engage in human trafficking.
Engage in fraudulent activities.
Collect other users’ information for commercial purposes or without their consent.
Impersonate Fantasy Coop staff or misrepresent your identity.
Upload content you don’t have the legal right to share, such as copyrighted material or trade secrets.
Send spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
Share viruses or other harmful software.
Use bots or scripts to automate activity on the site.
Create fake accounts or avoid bans by making new accounts.
Sell illegal or dangerous items, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or securities.
Interfere with the platform or disobey any network rules.
Engage in illegal activities under local, state, or national law.

3. Account Termination and Violations

3.1 Termination for Violations
Fantasy Coop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms. Terminations for violations will result in forfeiture of any remaining subscription fees.

3.2 Reporting Violations
If you are aware of violations, report them to report@fantasycoop.com. Fantasy Coop reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal remedies for any violations of these Terms.

4. Third-Party Links and Advertisers

4.1 Disclaimer for External Websites
Fantasy Coop may provide links to external websites. However, Fantasy Coop:

Is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
Do not endorse or accept liability for third-party products or services.
Will monitor affiliate partnerships to ensure compliance with FTC regulations.

4.2 Advertiser Transactions
All business dealings with advertisers found on the platform are between you and the advertiser. Fantasy Coop is not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or other issues resulting from such interactions.

5. Changes to Services and Terms

Fantasy Coop reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. In cases of material changes to these Terms, users will receive reasonable notice, such as an email notification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Only non-essential terms will be severed.

8.2 Non-Waiver Clause
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
