Fantasy Coop is a membership-only community.

We do not sell tickets at the door. To attend any event, you must reserve your spot through our website and consent to our rules each time you register.

Every attendee must be approved in advance and upload a valid photo ID during the registration process. This ensures the safety, privacy, and alignment of everyone within our community.

To help new members feel comfortable and aligned with our culture, all first-time attendees will be guided through a fun, welcoming tour upon arrival, where we’ll introduce you to our inside policies, event flow, and designated zones.

For your convenience and to streamline check-in, when registering online, you will also tell us what drink(s) you are bringing. When you arrive, we will scan your personalized barcode, retrieve your bar number and drink information, and check you in quickly, so you can get straight to the fun without delay.

At Fantasy Coop, our team is made up of paid, professional employee,s not volunteers. Every staff member is carefully selected, trained, and dedicated to ensuring that your experience is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.

While our employees are friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a welcoming environment, it’s important to understand that they are working during event hours and are not permitted to play while on duty. Their primary focus is on supporting the event, managing logistics, maintaining safety, and taking care of the Fantasy Coop community. We kindly ask all members to respect our staff’s professional role.

If a connection naturally forms with a team member outside of work hours, we ask that you honor their commitment to their job while they are on shift.
