1. Eligibility to Use the Platform

This license will terminate 30 days after you delete your account unless otherwise required by law.

• Post the same message more than three times a day.

• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Collect other users’ information for commercial purposes or without their consent.
• Impersonate Fantasy Coop staff or misrepresent your identity.

• Send spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Share viruses or other harmful software.
• Use bots or scripts to automate activity on the site.
• Create fake accounts or avoid bans by making new accounts.

• Interfere with the platform or disobey any network rules.
• Engage in illegal activities under local, state, or national law.

3. Account Termination and Violations

3.1 Termination for Violations
Fantasy Coop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms. Terminations for violations will result in forfeiture of any remaining subscription fees.

3.2 Reporting Violations
If you are aware of violations, report them to report@fantasycoop.com. Fantasy Coop reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal remedies for any violations of these Terms.

4. Third-Party Links and Advertisers

4.1 Disclaimer for External Websites
Fantasy Coop may provide links to external websites. However, Fantasy Coop:

• Is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
• Do not endorse or accept liability for third-party products or services.
• Will monitor affiliate partnerships to ensure compliance with FTC regulations.

4.2 Advertiser Transactions
All business dealings with advertisers found on the platform are between you and the advertiser. Fantasy Coop is not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or other issues resulting from such interactions.

5. Changes to Services and Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Only non-essential terms will be severed.

8.2 Non-Waiver Clause
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
